Biography


Born in Cleveland, Scott Henkle is perpetually a writer, sometimes an image maker, sometimes a student, and almost always a teacher. Recently he created Our Greatest Year with Robert Attenweiler, a theatre project which also involved animations he made with Jay Tekus. His prose can be found in Columbia: A Journal of Literature and Art, The Massachusetts Review, and frequently at The Classical. His visual/textual work has been featured in Web Conjunctions, Seattle's City Arts Magazine, and other places. He lives in Brooklyn and is currently in various stages of development on a novel, a dissertation, a graphic novel, and two sons.
